Teresa
came to Taos in 1998 to study massage at the Scherer Institute of
Natural Healing. She worked in several spas before opening her own
in 2003. Estrella Massage started out small and grew over the years.
Specializing in spa treatments, many of which Teresa created herself,
she believes in nurturing the body and caring for the soul. Her spa,
its decor, gardens, and treatments reflect this. Teresa wants visitors
to not only enjoy a massage or spa treatment, but to have a deep experience
of relaxation, renewal and healing. At Estrella Massage and Day Spa
you can step out of our busy world and find a peaceful sanctuary awaiting
you.

Lee
has been practicing her unique, nurturing style of therapeutic
massage since 1993. Her extensive studies beyond her original schooling
combine to offer a potpourri of many modalities focusing on opening
and releasing blocked energies. Addressing the energetic body of meridian
flows, and energy highways is her passion and strength. Her awareness
of the profound benefits of simple conscious touch in key acupressure
zones is part of her secret to opening the recipient to deeper levels
of being. Lee now includes horses, dogs, cats and any lucky critter
who comes along, into her practice.
