Massage and Spa Therapies
Promote health and well being using a variety of natural products and techniques. Since ancient times, spa therapies have been used for therapeutic benefits. Many treatments help to detoxify the body, de-stress the mind and revitalize the skin.

Massage
Promotes relaxation, relieves muscle tension , increases the lymphatic and circulatory systems. Helps calm the central nervous system, stretches and improves muscle tone.

Facials
Are a deep cleaning for the face. Facials usually consist of a steam, cleanse, exfoliation, mask and massage for the face. Our signature facial, Terra Verde, helps promote healthy skin by cleansing and moisturizing. This treatment begins with a paraffin dip for the hands. We use aromatic steamy towels to relax the face and open the pores. We cleanse and exfoliate the facial skin and apply two facial masks: a special European Green Clay to help detoxify and draw out impurities, and an Aloe and Vitamin E mask to re-hydrate the skin. Our masks are made fresh and per treatment. This facial includes massage for the face, neck, shoulders, hands, and feet. A hair and scalp treatment using an Aveda conditioner completes this treatment.

Lavender Body Polish
Our skin is our largest organ and is replaced every 28-30 days. We are constantly renewing and sloughing off skin cells. The Lavender Body Polish helps exfoliate and cleanse pores exposing baby soft skin. Our body polish help increase circulation and lymph drainage, thereby helping detoxification. We use fresh crushed lavender flowers as well as lavender essential oil. Lavender is calming, cleansing, and carries antiseptic properties.

Body Wraps
Encase the body and soul providing a space for deep relaxation as well as therapeutic benefits depending on products and procedure. There are many types of body wraps, most help to purge the skin of impurities and draw out toxins from the body. We offer 3 types of wraps: Herbal, Aloe, and Mud. All of our wraps include a delicious hair and scalp treatment.

Herbal Streamed Body Wrap
We use seven herbs in our wrap. Chamomile, Lavender, Burdock, Sage, Licorice, Rosemary, and Comfrey. Large bath towels are soaked in a hot herbal infusion. A hot steamy herbal towel is placed below and on top of the person which is then wrapped in space blankets creating a tent of steam. This steamy tent promotes sweat thus eliminating toxins from the body. Includes hair and scalp treatment.

Aloe Vera Rehydration Wrap
Our Aloe Wrap begins with dry brushing the skin to slough off dead skin cells. Aloe Vera Gel is liberally applied over the body which is then wrapped in soft linens. Aloe Gels have benefits as healing agents and are full of trace minerals and amino acids that strengthen and repair the skin. Our Aloe Wrap includes an Aloe and Vitamin E facial and a hair and scalp treatment.

High Desert Mud Wrap
Mud and clay are traditionally known to draw out impurities from the skin. Our special mud is a combination of French Red clay and Sedona Mud known for its healing and cleansing effects. We begin this treatment with dry brushing to prepare the skin by gentle exfoliation. Warm mud is liberally massaged into the skin which is then wrapped in mylar sheets and linens to increase heat which helps the mud to penetrate and draw out toxins from the body. A hair and scalp treatment and rest follow. After a warm shower the person is then treated to a massage in pure coconut oil to help rehydrate and refine the skin.

Peppermint Foot Bath
Peppermint stimulates the circulation and is also a digestive aid. We use peppermint castile soap for our footbath and a peppermint scrub to exfoliate the tough skin on the feet. This prepares the feet for paraffin wax which smoothes and softens the skin. A paraffin dip for the hands is also included as well as massage for the scalp, hands, and feet! Your feet will be silky smooth for days to come!

Paraffin Wax
Softens and smoothes skin by rehydrating with moisture and heat. It is also beneficial for people with Arthritis and other skin conditions. The heat in the paraffin wax relieves muscle tension.

Hair and Scalp Treatment
Aveda Elixir is liberally massaged into the hair and scalp and the wrapped in a warm steamy towel. Ahhh......

Heated Stones
Provide a deep penetrating heat during a massage. Stones are warmed in a crockpot and are massaged into the muscle tissue melting away muscle tension.
